The main entrance to The Old Inn is down a set of two steps.
There is an accessible entrance at the front of the building.
There is level entrance into the bar area.
There is a lift to the first floor from the ground floor.
We have an accessible parking space in the car park.
The hotel is staffed 24 hours. We have a wheelchair.
We have a portable ramp.
We have an accessible bedroom located on the ground floor close to reception.
There is one accessible toilet located on the ground floor, fitted with grab rails and an emergency pull cord.
All Galgorm Collection staff are required to complete a mandatory disability awareness training module. We are a JAM Card Partner. JAM Card allows people with a hidden disability or communication barrier to tell others that they need extra time and understanding in a private and easy way. In July 2021, Galgorm Collection confirmed a three-year strategic partnership with the NOW Group which was the first-ever Gold Jam Card membership on the island of Ireland awarded to a hospitality partner.
Train – The closest train station is Helen’s Bay, about one mile from the hotel.
